James C. Waller III
CEO-OWNER
James brings over 30 years of distinguished leadership as a retired U.S. Air Force veteran. As Chair and Director of Garden of Hope LLC, he leads all infrastructure development, military outreach, drone operations, and green energy programs. His strategic planning and technical expertise shape the vision for sustainable land use, veteran workforce training, and solar-powered solutions. Under his leadership, Garden of Hope is redefining what it means to serve, build, and heal.

Asia Jones
Director of Agricultural Innovation & Youth Leadership
Asia Jones is a passionate educator, grower, and mentor who bridges agriculture with youth empowerment. As Director of Agricultural Innovation & Youth Leadership at Garden of Hope LLC, Asia leads hands-on programming that teaches sustainable gardening, food justice, and environmental care to young people across rural communities.

James C. Waller IV
Director of STEM & Youth Engagement
James is an Air Force ROTC cadet and a dynamic leader in youth-focused education. He oversees all technology integration, drone curriculum, and STEM-based learning initiatives. As Director of STEM & Youth Engagement, James develops programs that equip the next generation with tools to lead in agriculture, renewable energy, and tech-based sustainability. His work bridges traditional land stewardship with emerging innovation.

LaShaunta G. Waller
Founder & Executive Strategist
LaShaunta is a retired Air Force veteran, published author, and award-winning nonprofit leader. As the visionary founder of Garden of Hope, she now serves the LLC as Executive Strategist, ensuring that every program aligns with the mission of empowerment and sustainability. With decades of experience in community organizing, veteran services, and agricultural education, she guides strategic growth and innovation across all program areas.
